Dineen and Brandi gave me real, honest feedback on homes I was looking at. They point out a house's flaws and do not "sugarcoat" a place in order to make a sale. This team definitely has a client's best interests at heart. In the fast-paced market of houses with what I wanted/needed going under contract within 24hrs after being listed, these ladies were so quick and on-the-ball! If you are looking for a real estate agent there are many to choose from. They come in all shapes and sizes, colors and creeds. Some are loud and in your face. Some are quiet and diminutive. No doubt any of them can help you sell or buy a house, but I guarantee you none are like Brandi Shaw. Brandi Shaw is unlike any realtor you'll find elsewhere. She has all the qualifications. Good online reviews, great references, positive word of mouth, tons of experience and on and on. But what sets her apart is all the other things she brings to the table that you don't even know you might need...yet. Brandi is a tireless worker, a creative thinker, candid and undeterred in her goals. She didn't just help us sell a house, she helped us realize a dream. Several years ago me and my wife decided to pursue our dream of living out west near the mountains. We lived in Bristol Township PA. We lived in a nice house that we had maintained well. "Cute" was the word we had heard most often to describe it, but it was small...very small. Just a hair over 1,000 square feet. We knew that a house that small in Bristol no matter how "cute" it was would be a challenge to sell. Therefore we know we needed a heck of a real estate agent. We talked to several and didn't get the impression they were right for us. Then we met Brandi. We immediately felt comfortable with her. As soon as she walked out the door after our first introductory meeting me and my wife both said "she's the one", and she was. I could write a book about the roller coaster ride that was selling our house. It was a tough process due to the limitations our house presented that I mentioned above. Brandi helped us in more ways than we can count. She sacrificed a ton to help us sell our house. Brandi was there for us through the ups and downs of a very challenging process, and in the end she got it done. Brandi was more than a real estate agent, she was, and is a true friend. If it wasn't for Brandi's tireless effort, guiding hand, honesty and endless supply of positivity me and my wife might have gotten discouraged and given up, and I wouldn't be sitting here today in Las Vegas Nevada typing this. If you're reading this trying to decide on a real estate agent obviously I can't recommend Brandi more highly. I can't imagine another agent who will go to the effort that she does to help you realize your goals. Nor can I imagine one that will make you feel as comfortable and confident, one that will earn your respect and trust as she has ours.
